Apex Flow Technology Ltd.
We find the freight overcharges that already passed your approvals
Swift Ship is the audit engine built and run by Apex Flow Technology Ltd., a UK company. We audit carrier and haulier invoices against the rate agreements behind them, for shippers, forwarders and hauliers across the UK, Europe and North America.
How the audit works
Every invoice, not a sample
A manual desk audit reviews five to ten per cent of invoices and catches the large errors. The engine reads one hundred per cent of them, which is where the small repeated charges are.
Compared against the agreement, not the tender record
A transport management system confirms an invoice matches what was tendered. It does not question the tendered rate itself, and it does not question an accessorial that was never in the contract. We do both.
Evidence attached to every flagged line
Each finding names the charge, the contracted position it breaches and the exact difference, so the dispute goes to the carrier defensible rather than as a complaint.
Paid only on recovery
When a carrier issues a credit we take fifteen per cent of it. No retainer, nothing upfront, and nothing at all if an audit finds nothing.
What happens to your documents
Invoices are read in memory. Only corporate entity names, shipment references and monetary line items are kept. Driver phone numbers and other personal identifiers are stripped before anything is stored. Our privacy notice sets out the detail, and our security page covers how the platform is run.
Starting takes about fifteen minutes
Send a handful of recent invoices with the matching rate agreement and we return the flagged lines. You can also try the rules first with no details at all.
